Everest Insurance names president of specialty casualty
Everest Insurance has appointed Connie Germano as president of specialty casualty, based in the company’s New York office.
Germano joined Everest in August of 2015 and currently leads the specialty casualty group, which includes environmental, excess casualty, life sciences and E&S casualty (primary and excess) business segments.
Germano began her insurance leadership career at AIG where she led middle market and energy excess casualty. Prior to joining Everest, Germano worked at ACE USA where she led excess and custom casualty before moving to Zurich, Switzerland to lead middle market casualty in Continental Europe for ACE Europe. She previously worked for major insurance carriers in various senior underwriting roles.
