Bermuda-based insurance group Enstar's chief financial officer (CFO) and principal accounting officer Guy Bowker has resigned from the company.
Bowker will remain with the company for an extended period to facilitate a smooth transition of his responsibilities, which is expected to be until March 2021.
Bowker was appointed CFO in 2018 and was chief accounting officer since 2015.
He formerly served as senior vice president and controller of Platinum Underwriters from 2010 to 2015, and director of finance for American International Group in Bermuda from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, he served in the Assurance & Advisory practice of Deloitte for seven years, specialising in insurance.
Earlier in Feb, Sandra Boss, a director of Enstar and chair of the risk committee, stepped down from Enstar's board of directors to pursue a full-time executive role with another company.
