Crawford appoints new CEO of US property and casualty

Crawford & Company, a provider of claims management solutions, has appointed Kenneth Tolson as the chief executive officer (CEO) of its US property/casualty group.

In the new role, Tolson will be responsible for the company's US field operations and catastrophe services groups.

He most recently served as senior vice president for the Broadspire accident and health division. Prior to that, he was CIO for the US property/casualty division and led the claim self-service portal MyClaimsAgent. Tolson also previously served as region manager at Crawford.
