Climate change litigation may bear down on D&O, but present few bills

Directors and officers (D&O) and Errors and omissions insurance (E&O) policies are first up for a string of hits from climate change litigation, while the big-bill general and product liability claims likely remain safely off the table for the time being, analysts at  Gallagher Re are claiming.
