Chubb bolsters global accounts' senior management in Europe
Property/casualty insurer Chubb has made two senior management appointments in Europe, in its global accounts division. Suresh Krishnan and Tina Lakickas will assume their new roles from March.
Krishnan, currently the executive vice president of global accounts, overseas general insurance, has been appointed to the newly-created role of head of global accounts division, Europe. He will be based in London, reporting to division president for Chubb in Continental Europe Jeff Moghrabi, and division president in the UK and Ireland David Robinson.
Lakickas, currently the senior vice president and global client executive, will succeed Krishnan in his previous role. She will be based in Paris, reporting to president of global accounts Joseph Clabby, and division president of commercial property and casualty, overseas general insurance David Furby.
In his new role, Krishnan will be tasked to establish and lead a single global and large account segment for Europe. He will set and implement business strategy for the segment and oversee the structures, processes and performance metrics.
Krishnan joined Chubb in 1999 and has served in several senior legal roles including general counsel, multinational client group from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, he was the general counsel for ACE, where he had management responsibilities for all legal matters connected with ACE's US commercial retail insurance business.
Lakickas, in her new role, will lead the international global client executive team that serves Chubb's global accounts segment. Prior to joining Chubb in 2010, she was the vice president and regional manager of global marine and energy for AIG. She previously served in underwriting roles at AIG, Arthur J Gallagher and St. Paul.
