Brokerslink expands Latin American broker network

Global broking business Brokerslink has added Bolivia-based Asescor S.R.L. Corredor de Seguros and El Salvador-based CyR Consultores as new affiliates to strengthen its presence in Latin America.

Asescor, headquartered in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, specialises in energy, banking and commerce and has been operating in Bolivia since 2000.

With over thirty years’ experience in the Latin American market, CyR Consultores specialises in property and pecuniary insurance, marine cargo, life & health, auto and casualty.

The company stated that Latin America is a region of "strategic importance".

“Latin America is a key region for Brokerslink and we are committed to seeking opportunities to help our brokers in this region to identify and build opportunities for cross-border growth," said Ariel Couto, Brokerslink’s Americas regional manager. "We’re pleased to welcome Asescor and CyR Consultores as our latest affiliates, both teams have a wealth of experience in the local market which our partners and affiliates across the network can call upon to develop their own portfolios. In return, they will benefit from the exclusive products, international business opportunities and training offered as part of our global community.”
