AXA XL appoints client management leader, Asia
Property & casualty and specialty risk insurer AXA XL has appointed Stephen Nguyen as client management leader, Asia. Based in Hong Kong and reporting to Jonathan Mead, head of client and distribution, Asia Pacific, Nguyen will be responsible for delivering client strategies and enhancing customer experience throughout Asia.
Nguyen joins AXA XL from Aon, where most recently he held the position of director and Aon global client network manager for outward accounts. Prior to this, he held several account executive positions in Marsh and was insurance manager at Goodman Limited.
Commenting on Nguyen’s appointment, Jonathan Mead said: "We are very excited to welcome Stephen to the team. Working in conjunction with our intermediary partners, Stephen will undoubtedly complement our broker model and embody AXA XL’s commitment to putting our customer first."
