ASSA acquires AIG's Central America operations

Central American insurance company ASSA Compañía Tenedora, SA and ASSA Compañía de Seguros (ASSA) has agreed to acquire American International Group’s (AIG) operations in El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Panama.
