Arthur J Gallagher to acquire Cadence Insurance for $904m

Global insurance brokerage Arthur J Gallagher has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the insurance business of Cadence Bank to expand its property/casualty and employee benefits presence across several states in the US Southeast and Texas and broaden capabilities across multiple niche business lines.
