Arch poaches chief risk officer from rival AXIS
Arch Insurance International, a part of Arch Capital Group, has hired a new chief risk officer (CRO) from rival Bermudian AXIS.
Tom Rivers (pictured) joins from AXIS Managing Agency where he was CRO for nearly five years. Prior to that, he was CRO at Novae Group and previously held senior actuarial roles at PwC.
Rivers has extensive enterprise risk management and regulatory experience in corporate actuarial and risk management roles, gained over 20-year of working in the insurance sector
