Antares appoints trio to board and new COO

Antares, the Lloyd’s managing agent and part of the QIC Group, has appointed David Hobbs, Mike Finch and Paul Grimsey to its board.

Joining the board, Hobbs was promoted to chief operations officer, having previously held the post of head of planning and analysis.

Finch joined the board as finance director, having previously been financial controller.

Grimsey remains in his position as chief actuary while joining the board.
