Fitch views regulatory arbitrage ‘unfavourably’

Fitch Ratings views life re/insurers who use regulatory arbitrage “unfavourably” in a warning to companies that have migrated to the Cayman Islands in pursuit of “enhanced regulatory flexibility on the margin”.
