CRC taps trio of talent from Aon and others to boost retail power
US wholesale specialty insurance broker CRC Group has tapped a trio of talent from Aon, Burns & Wilcox, and Monarch E&S as part of its strategic expansion efforts to bolster its retail offering.
Yoni Armstead and Dylan Kamen have joined the company’s Irvine, CA office, and Denver, CO office, respectively, as underwriting team leaders. Lindsay Holmes has joined CRC’s San Francisco, CA office, as a broker.
Armstead joined from Burns & Wilcox where he spent eight years most recently as its senior broker. Prior to that, he worked at Pioneer Special Risk as an associate underwriter and was part of VCA Antech’s risk management team.
Kamen joined from Monarch E&S Insurance Services where he was most recently a commercial underwriter. He previously worked at Burns & Wilcox for six years, latterly as a broker.
Holmes rejoined CRC from Aon where she most recently served as a senior broker/assistant vice president. Prior to that, she served as an inside broker-team lead at CRC for 11 years and underwriting services manager/operations specialist at iCat for three years.
