Commercial rates turn ever more volatile; Ivans makes record jump in May

US commercial P&C insurance renewal rate growth bounced back with a vengeance in May, rising for five of six charted lines and putting three at record highs in the current pricing cycle, the latest reading of the Ivans Index indicated.
