Australia’s IAG strikes $855m long-term exclusive alliance deal

Australian insurer IAG has struck a 25-year exclusive alliance deal with Royal Automobile Club of Queensland (RACQ) worth $855 million, acquiring 90% of RACQ’s insurance underwriting business.
