Ardonagh expands ‘northern powerhouse’ with Lancashire broker buy
UK insurance intermediary Ardonagh Group’s SME broking platform has expanded its personal and commercial lines business with the acquisition of a Lancashire broker.
Ardonagh Advisory has acquired Lancashire-based regional and specialist personal lines broker BP Insurance Brokers (BPIB).
Founded in 1958 in Blackpool, BPIB provides both commercial and advised personal lines and has additional branches in Cleveleys, Lancaster, and St Annes.
BPIB will continue to be led by its managing director Barry Pimlott.
