Aon unveils new head of commercial risk for Asia

Broker Aon has appointed a head of commercial risk, Asia. The role will be based in Singapore.

Jon Pipe will start in the role in November 2024. He has almost 20 years of experience with Aon, and has worked within its London, Hong Kong and Indonesia markets.

“Pipe will work in partnership with local, regional and global teams.”

Since April 2019, he has worked in Aon’s operations in India, driving growth for the business in that market. He will continue to work alongside Aon’s India leadership team until November and will relocate to Singapore in early 2025.

As head of commercial risk, Asia, Pipe will work in partnership with local, regional and global teams, responsible for driving growth across the segment.
