2023 economic losses 22% above 21st-century average: Aon

Economic losses from global natural disaster events, driven by significant earthquakes and relentless severe convective storms (SCS) in the US and Europe, reached $380 billion in 2023, 22 percent above the 21st-century average, according to a new report by Aon
