McGill bolsters complex P&C team with ex-Gallagher/Marsh talent
Re/insurance broker McGill and Partners has appointed a former Marsh/Gallagher talent to the position of partner in its complex property and casualty unit.
Samuel Harris joined the brokerage two years ago as an associate focused on mining and heavy industry.
Before McGill, he served as a broker in the mining and metals wholesale placement team at Marsh. Prior to that, he held a dual broker and account executive position in the international property and mining team at Gallagher.
Commenting on his new role, Harris said: “I joined McGill and Partners to work with industry leading professionals to help further my development and to be part of a company with a one team approach, who put the client first.”
