E&S casualty rates rise Q2 as jittery carriers turn hyper-selective

Casualty lines continue to add rate in Q2 2024 as a host of cost claims cost drivers continue to have carriers jittery and “extremely” selective as the add to their portfolios, analysts at brokerage group Risk Placement Services (RPS) have claimed.
