Davies names new CEO of consulting in global expansion drive
Insurance service provider Davies has tapped an insider with over 30 years’ senior executive leadership experience as new chief executive officer (CEO) of its multi-sector global consulting division, formerly known as Sionic.
Pino Vallejo’s appointment will see consulting at Davies form part of its global solutions division. This incorporates the firm’s SaaS technology suite and insurance services and forensic accounting businesses, led by global solutions CEO Mark Grocott.
Vallejo has over 30 years’ senior executive leadership experience in financial services, eight of which have been spent within Davies’ banking and markets team. His multidisciplinary background spans finance, operations, international business, and regulatory environments. Vallejo also oversaw the opening of the firm’s first office in Madrid, Spain.
Consulting at Davies incorporates eight specialist practices serving clients across the globe, including, asset & wealth management, banking & markets, customer experience, assurance, financial crime & compliance, insurance and people & organisational performance and specialist operations.
