Chubb taps internal talent pool for North American regional leadership

Property/casualty insurer Chubb has promoted two insurance industry veterans to new leadership roles in North America.

Melissa Scheffler has been appointed chief operating officer for personal risk services (PRS) and Bryce Graham has been named regional executive officer, Mid-Atlantic region. Both executive positions will be effective from April 29.

Scheffler is currently the regional executive officer for the Mid-Atlantic region. In her new role, Scheffler will be responsible for the execution of the business’s growth and portfolio management plans, with direct oversight of underwriting, sales and distribution, product management and risk consulting teams in North America.

Graham currently serves as the Philadelphia and Harrisburg branch manager and will succeed Scheffler. In his new role, Graham will lead local delivery of Chubb's offerings through retail distribution partners throughout the states of Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, Washington D.C., Virginia, and West Virginia.
