XL Catlin swoops for AXA exec to boost broker management

Gouraud said: “In this rapidly changing business environment, we want to make sure we have strong analytics and insights that help us more deeply understand what is and is not working in our trading relationships. By leveraging data and technology, we will be better informed and positioned to enhance these relationships, we will also be able to identify and establish new ones.
“I am therefore delighted to welcome Elie to our experienced team. His ability in data and analytics, as well as his underwriting and field experience, will enhance our ability to continually improve our broker relationships around the world. The quality of our trading relationships with our brokers is a key reason for our growth in recent years.
"With Elie joining our team, we will continue to better understand our markets and the needs of our brokers and improve further the high levels of service our clients have come to expect from XL Catlin.”
