McLarens eyes growth in Dublin market with new hires
Loss adjuster McLarens has expanded its All-Ireland casualty team with the appointment of liability adjusters Ruairi McMullin and Eoin Hanratty in Dublin.
Executive adjuster McMullin and adjuster Hanratty will report to David O’Neill, head of casualty, Ireland.
The move will strengthen the firm’s position in Dublin and further extend its All-Ireland offering, which also includes offices in Belfast, Cork and Derry, it said.
McMullin has 12 years of experience in liability claims, with a focus on personal injury. He joins from Davies Group where he managed a diverse portfolio of claims including professional indemnity, employers’ liability, public liability, property, product liability and contractors’ claims.
Hanratty joins from Arnold & Green Liability Adjusters and has five years’ experience working in liability claims. He began his insurance career in Aviva’s claims department. Hanratty will work across the full range of liability claims with a focus on personal injury and third party property claims.
O’Neill commented: "These hires are further evidence of our commitment to the Dublin market. Dublin has proven to be an important hub for the growth of our liability service offering across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, for both local and London market clients, and we continue to see increasing demand for our traditional approach to liability claim investigations and handling, which necessitates talented local adjusters with the relevant technical expertise and experience. With that in mind, I’m delighted to welcome Ruairi and Eoin to the team."
