Hyperion Insurance Group has appointed Miguel Baptista as chief data officer of its  newly launched data and technology arm Hyperion X.

In this role, Baptista will direct Hyperion X’s collection, use and analysis of data for the development of a range of digital products.

Baptista joins Hyperion X from MSD, a global biopharmaceutical company where he was senior director of information platforms in its Prague-based global innovation centre.
