Hanover Stone expands strategic planning practice
Risk management services firm Hanover Stone Solutions has appointed three senior advisors to its newly-formed strategic planning consulting practice.
“As more US property/casualty and life insurers seek our assistance with their strategic planning, we are expanding our team of senior insurance leaders who have been directly involved in leading these critical initiatives,” said Timothy Morris, CEO, Hanover Stone Solutions.
The strategic planning practice helps insurance executives identify, evaluate and capitalize on their company’s key opportunities for growth and sustainability, the company said.
Hanover Stone has hired Joanne Morrissey as co-leader of the strategic planning practice. She has advised corporations on strategic and financial matters for more than two decades.
Edward "Ned" Loughridge has held numerous management and senior leadership positions with Zurich and Kemper during his career.
Gary Dubois has worked with leading property/casualty insurance companies on their business development through GND Resources, a consultancy he established in 2016.
“During their careers, Ned, Joanne and Gary have guided many insurers through major strategic planning and change initiatives. They are strong additions to our team and we look forward to their contributions to our insurance company clients and to our firm,” Morris said.
