EC3 Brokers expands UK contingency and entertainment division with Integro hires
London-based EC3 Brokers has expanded its UK contingency and entertainment division with senior appointments. The new members are the latest joining from Integro Insurance Brokers following James Murphy as head of broking in May.
Sheryl Harta joins as senior account handler, Caroline Taylor as operations manager, and Rick Inglessis as entertainment development executive.
Taylor was entertainment operations manager at Integro for more than three years following her initial role as entertainment broker from 2011 to 2015. Prior to this, she was at Bollington Insurance Brokers.
Harta, who also comes from Integro, was a sports account broker for 17 years.
Inglessis was as an entertainment development executive at Doodson Broking Group for more than seven years. He was previously a director at Aon Risk Solutions.
All three executives will report to Charlie Connell, head of contingency and entertainment at EC3 Brokers. Inglessis and Taylor will be responsible for expanding the broker's presence in the music and entertainment industry, while Harta will oversee offering in the sports industry.
Connell said: “Rick, Sheryl and Caroline bring an array of experience and expertise to the entertainment and contingency division. Their knowledge of liability and property insurance, as well as other insurances classes connected to the sport and entertainment industry, is invaluable. This is a great opportunity for EC3 Brokers to expand organically.”
Danny Driscoll, CEO, added: “These individuals are an excellent addition to our existing team and their expertise moves us a step closer to becoming the premier independent specialist in the entertainment insurance industry.”
