Clyde & Co strengthens London marine team with partner hire from Kennedys
Law firm Clyde & Co has appointed Andrew Yarwood as a partner in its London marine cargo group.
Yarwood joins from Kennedys where he specialises in marine insurance, advising cargo insurers including Lloyd's syndicates and the company market, in relation to disputes arising out of the carriage of goods by sea. He advises insurers on liability and coverage issues, including drafting policy wordings and acts for cargo insurers in defending claims for salvage and general average as well as pursuing recoveries against shipowners arising out of casualties at sea.
