Charterhouse mulls Siaci sale to create 'international leader in insurance broking'

European private equity firm Charterhouse Capital Partners has entered into exclusive negotiations for the sale of its Paris-headquartered insurance broking subsidiary Siaci Saint Honoré to a consortium of investors led by Burrus Group.
