CCR Re appoints senior underwriter from Partner Re

French government backed reinsurer CCR Re has hired Olivier Kweitel Collignon as senior underwriter from Partner Re.

Collignon will be primarily responsible for Latin American, Spanish and Portuguese markets, as well as of life & health underwriting.

Collignon most recently served Partner Re as head of pricing and life & health underwriter covering Latin America, prior to which he was technical director with Munich Re.

Bertrand Labilloy, chairman and chief executive officer of CCR Re, said: “We are very pleased to welcome Olivier Kweitel Collignon to the Paris team and to benefit from his in-depth expertise in the actuarial field of Life & Health Insurance to foster our business growth.”
