WR Berkley's Nautilus appoints senior vice president for new strategic group
WR Berkley Corporation's commercial excess and surplus (E&S) unit Nautilus Insurance Group has appointed Trish Buckhardt as senior vice president of its new strategic initiatives group with effect from April 4.
Buckhardt joined Nautilus in 2016, and has served as vice president of business strategic projects, while leading the design and implementation of a claims management system. She has over three decades of experience in the E&S lines insurance industry, having previously worked at Scottsdale Insurance Company, Nationwide E&S specialty and Western Heritage Insurance Company.
"Trish’s skills and reputation in the E&S market are invaluable and we’re thrilled to have her in this new role," said Tom Kuzma, president and CEO of Nautilus Insurance Group.
"With her leadership qualities, strategic expertise and long-standing relationships, Trish will develop a strong, successful Strategic Initiatives Group, ensuring the realization of Nautilus’ long-term strategic vision.
