Everest Insurance appoints former Chubb, AIG exec in US
Bermuda-based Everest Re Group has appointed Keith Lavigne as the new leader of management and professional liability within Everest Specialty Underwriters, the management and professional liability unit of its US insurance operations.
In his new role, Lavigne will manage a team of US underwriters from the company's New York City office.
Prior to joining Everest, Lavigne served as executive vice president of Chubb Financial Lines, and business segment Leader for Chubb’s retail management liability business. Prior to joining ACE (Chubb) in March of 2009, he spent approximately eight years with AIG, most recently as senior vice president of the AIG executive liability financial institutions division.
