D’Onofrio replaces Sillat as CEO of Ryan Specialty MGA WKFC
Ryan Specialty Group (RSG) has promoted Dawn D’Onofrio to chief executive officer and president of its managing general agency WKFC Underwriting Managers and CorRisk Solutions.
D’Onofrio replaces Michael Sillat who has resigned from his position.
D’Onofrio previously served as chief underwriting officer for both entities - WKFC and CorRisk. She managed underwriting teams responsible for property, casualty and professional lines. In addition to her prior role of CUO, she has held positions as a wholesale broker, underwriting manager and program manager for two national wholesale brokerages.
“Dawn’s underwriting leadership has been the catalyst for ongoing program development and increased capital support," Miles Wuller, chief operating officer of RSG Underwriting Managers, commented. "She is widely respected in the industry for her commitment to both employees and business partners. We are pleased to see Dawn assume the role of CEO and President of WKFC and CorRisk."
D’Onofrio commented: "I am excited for the opportunity to lead WKFC and CorRisk. We have accomplished much as a leading MGU, and I am looking forward to building upon our success. We have one of the strongest teams in the industry and unparalleled capacity providers which ensure our customers receive solutions to their market needs."
